What happens after registration?

First of all, get a cup of coffee and pet yourself on your shoulder. As a registered candidate in our CV-database, your qualifications is searchable for our partners.

It’s only your qualifications that are searchable, not you’re name or other contact information. In other words, you don’t need to worry about your current employer finding out about your registration with us. Your information remains safe with us.

Beside the fact that we encourage you to update your profile from time to time, the only thing you need to do is wait. We will contact you if any one of our partners find your qualifications interesting, or they simply would like to have a chat with you.

Do you notify my current employer?

Absolutely not!

All of your contact details remains 100% safe with us. The only data that is searchable for our partners, is your qualifications, not your contact details, name or personal information etc.

If one of our partners want to have a chat with you, we will get in touch with you first, just to make sure that it’s okay to provide your contact details to that specific partner.

What is the pricing on the service?

It’s totally free. No hidden costs, no hidden fees.

Why aren't you advertising all job openings?

The first thing we do is searching through our database, trying to find qualified personnel. If we do find one or more candidates with the correct qualifications, they will get the job offering. No need for us to advertise, in other words.

Actually, there are quite a few jobs that are advertised. That’s why it’s important to create a profile and upload your CV to our database. Once you’ve registered, your qualifications is searchable for potential businesses looking to hire someone with your expertise.

Do I commit myself to anything by being registered?

No, you don’t.

The only thing you do risk by creating a profile in our CV base, is to get a job offer if any of our partners find your qualifications interesting.

You’re not obligated to accept any job offers. We do understand that not all jobs fits in with family life, or you want to decline due to long traveling distance between home and work.

I'm already working for one of your partners - can I register?

Yes, you can.

We have partnered up with quite a lot of different companies, and it might just be that your dream job is within another company.

Your current employer will not be notified about your registration.

Is it time-consuming to register?

No, it’ll only take you a few minutes to create a profile and upload your CV to our database.

Do I have to upload my CV?

We do recommend that you upload to your CV once you create your profile, but if you for some reason are prevented from doing this, you are able to upload it later.

Do I only get part-time job offers?

No. Most of the jobs are full time, not part-time jobs.

Which company is hiring me?

It depends on the assignments the partner is given us. We do both dissemination of labor and provision of personnel.

Is the payment worse when hired by a staffing agency?

No, it’s a myth that one gets worse paid via staffing agencies, then when directly hired by a company.
