Increased demand for engineers

Adima has a significant increase in demand for engineers and resource manager. Tor Vidar Hildre encourage more engineers to sign into Adimas CV-base and create a profile.

– There is now a significant overall increase in demand for engineers, so our salespersons have hectic but exciting days, said resource manager Tor Vidar Hildre.

We have engineers from both home and abroad, and are continually looking for skilled employees within engineering and related administrative fields. There are some areas that there is now beginning to be under capacity in Norway, for example within piping and structure.

– We have a rather large network of companies we partner up with. Engineers from abroad see it as particularly attractive to come to Norway to work. Norway is in the forefront in various technologies and this, together with conditions make Norway attractive to foreign engineers, says Hildre.
